how to enroll your company and register employees
To get started with the RAPIDGate® Program, vendor, supplier, service provider, contractor, and sub-contractor companies enroll in the program through a choice of options:
- Contact our Customer Service Team at 1-877-RAPIDGate (1-877-727-4342).
- Download, complete, and fax back the RAPIDGate Program Enrollment Form.
- Use the convenient Contact Form.
Once your company's enrollment has been authorized by a participating facility, your employees may register using convenient Registration Stations located at the facility. Their collected personal information – including fingerprints and photo – is then securely submitted to our screening and credentialing process.
After successfully completing our program’s screening process, Eid Passport® manufactures for each qualified employee a personalized RAPIDGate Badge that streamlines access to the participating facility. Eid Passport sends the Badge to the facility for your employee to pick up after showing proof of identity. Screening and badging typically takes less than two weeks from the point of registration.
Participating in the RAPIDGate Program at multiple installations is even easier. Just tell our Customer Service Representatives which installations you service, and which installations each employee needs to access. They will validate your company’s authorization at each requested installation, and enable employee access at the specified installations. You can add and change installation enrollments and employee access at any time just by calling 1-877-RAPIDGate (1-877-727-4342).
